Clear from the start

The deposit is usually 5 – 8 million VND per suit depending on the suit. It is refunded in full when you return the suit on time and intact. We do not keep your ID card, except in special cases told in advance.

One rental is 3 days: pick up, wear, return. If you need longer, tell us in advance so we hold the suit; extra days carry +10% per day.

A return after the agreed date is charged as extra days. Message us early if your plans change — the suit may be reserved for another customer.

Damage is compensated according to its severity; minor marks that can be treated are usually not a concern. This is rare. Staff check the suit with you at pick-up and return.

Alterations to fit are free (as far as the suit allows). Cleaning is included — do not wash before returning.

The customer pays shipping both ways. Process: choose a model, size, pay, receive, wear, send back, deposit refunded.
